During the summer months there is a tandem kayak at the igloo that you can use to paddle around the harbor and explore the beautiful archipelago. If you do not feel comfortable kayaking on your own (especially when the water is colder), we also offer guided kayak tours*. The tour includes kayaks and all other equipment needed (wetsuit, shoes, hat, gloves).
Enjoy a hot sauna after an evening or morning swim! The sauna is available during the summer months (Apr – Nov) in Bullandö Marina’s guest harbour and is offered free of charge to Igloo Escape guests.
Take a nice run or walk in the beautiful nature surrounding Bullandö harbor. There are many trails in the forest and gravel roads that are good for running or walking. A shorter run is advantageously done in the forest near the water and if you want a slightly longer run, you can run towards Älvsala and Björkvik. Contact us if you want recommendations on good routes!
Whatever the season, take an (ice) bath in the sea! After a 10 minutes walk you’ll reach the lovely Bullandö beach where you can enjoy a good swim. Don’t forget to turn on the sauna before you leave!
